We’re on the mission of creating Soft Matter Analytics™ as a unique data set that empowers our users in their quest for innovation, quality and efficiency. Our cutting-edge analytical instruments reproduce real-life environments and capture the dynamic evolution of live soft materials. We design simple-to-use, highly effective and modular products to provide a unique testing experience to our customers.

As CEO, Anis Hadj Henni oversees Rheolution’s development strategy over the Life Sciences and Agri-Food business units. He is also in charge of the customer experience and key partnerships with strategic business partners, distributors and investors. Anis works closely with Rheolution’s sales, operations and engineering teams to provide the best instruments, software and services to customers. As an entrepreneur, Anis is driven by a powerful purpose: ‘‘My team and I are on the mission of ending the status quo in the viscoelastic and analytical testing space that limits our customer’s ability to innovate and create value for the benefit of people’s health and nutrition. We are defining, with our community of users, Soft Matter Analytics as the paradigm that will shape the future of analytical instrumentation. And, because an idea is not enough, we gathered an outstanding and talented team that works hard to make Soft Matter Analytics a realty to our customers and communities’’, he says. After a successful career in research, Anis co-founded Rheolution in 2009 with mainly new ideas and a vision of what the future could look like. A decade after, he is extremely proud of seeing customers, colleagues, business partners and stakeholders sharing, enriching and building that vision. Anis graduated in civil engineering from the National Polytechnic School of Algiers (Algeria) and holds a Ph.D. in mechanics from Université de Bordeaux (France). When not working (yes, it happens sometimes!), Anis likes spending time with his wife and two kids, practicing racket sports with friends and engaging in the community.

Aside from bringing his deep vision in the business development and lab instrumentation market, Cédric is leading a multidisciplinary and highly skilled R&D team for the development of new generation smart products. Cédric also acts as a bridge between the engineering team and production, sales and marketing departments. He is continuously using his expertise to spur innovation at Rheolution with the goal of designing cutting edge Soft Matter Analytics solutions. Cédric is passionate about new technologies, especially in instrumentation, biomaterials and medical fields and has taken part in several R&D projects in Europe, the USA and Canada. Cédric graduated from the Institut National Polytechnique in Grenoble and from the École Nationale de Physique in Strasbourg in 2002. He also holds a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the Université de Montréal. He is author of more than 20 scientific articles and contributions to scientific conferences and is co-inventor of 4 patents in medical imaging and mechanical testing instrumentation. Cédric is a woodworking enthusiast and he often pushes the engineering team to make first prototypes using wood parts!

Dimitria B. Camasao is responsible for providing assistance to Rheolution’s Life Sciences clients in the development of customized testing protocols and in building value out of data they produce in their specific application. She brings over 5 years of research experience in hydrogels and polymers for vascular tissue engineering applications with a particular focus on their mechanical properties. Dimitria has worked with multiple research groups worldwide in the field of life sciences. Her deep experience in the mechanical properties of biomaterials and the broad exchange with life science professionals is extremely valuable for understanding clients’ needs and translating data into solutions. She believes that the mechanical properties of biomaterials is a key factor for the success of novel treatments and medical devices and therefore essential to be thoroughly investigated. Dimitria holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Brazil) and a Ph.D. in Material Engineering from Université Laval (Canada). Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and she is passionate about traveling. Dimitria speaks Portuguese, English and French.

Olivier Laurin is the Senior Cheese Science Technologist at Rheolution Inc., where he manages Dairy and Agri-food technical sales in Canada and the USA. He assists clients in mastering their milk coagulation, optimizing the solids recovery of their milk, and analyzing their production data. With over 18 years of experience, Olivier has extensive hands-on cheese manufacturing experience, has managed production facilities, dairy culture sales, cheese R&D, and technical services. His expertise encompasses a broad range of cheese manufacturing technologies and ingredient selection, with a strong aptitude for root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Olivier advocates for integrating innovative technology to help support traditional cheese making expertise to drive success and maximize quality and yield. Olivier holds a degree in Cheese Science, Technology, Innovation, and Quality from the University of Lorraine in France, in partnership with ENILBio of Poligny and Mamirolle. In his personal time, Olivier enjoys cooking, hiking, undertaking DIY projects, exploring microelectronics, reading science fiction, learning about advancements in science and technology.

As Director of Operations, Yasmine is in charge of coordinating Rheolution’s operational and strategic projects with the constant objective of providing high value support, services and products to the customers. With a background in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal, she has gradually built a career that combines her passion for problem-solving and mathematics. Initially focusing on logistics and information systems during her Master's studies, she first applied her skills in the aerospace industry, gaining practical experience in quality production and manufacturing strategy. Her role at Rheolution began in 2020 as an Information System Analyst and then as Customer Support Specialist, where she utilized her technical expertise and interpersonal skills to structure the operations and contribute positively to the team. Yasmine’s role evolved to Director of Operations to focus on the effective planning, coordination and execution of Rheolution’s operations and strategic projects. In her free time, Yasmine enjoys an active lifestyle, participating in group sports, hiking, and exploring culinary experiences with her friends.

Mohamed manages the production and the supply chain of the company. He also manages the Quality Management System of the company to guarantee all activities are client oriented. Prior to Rheolution, Mohamed was quality manager at Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions and SNC Lavalin. He helped these major organizations improve their customer experience. After 20 years of continuous practice of quality management, he developed interest on how an organization can improve its activities using different improvement concepts. ‘‘If you take the time to step back and simply observe your environment, most of the time you will find ways to improve it! This approach seems basic at first glance but it’s in fact so powerful!’’, Mohamed says. Mohamed graduated in Mechanical engineering and quality management from Université de Lyon I, and he is a certified Lean Master. More than a concept, this quality philosophy became one of his modus vivendi: ‘‘To be honest, friends of mine and my wife too mentioned me a couple of times to take it easy with Quality... Looks like I have another workshop to plan!’’. Mohamed is passionate about renovation and outdoor sports.
