 \u6eb6\u6db2\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u8054\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4e0e\u8be5\u6eb6\u6db2\u8fde\u7eed\u5b75\u80b2\u540e\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528 ElastoSens\u2122 Bio \u6d4b\u91cf\u5176\u7c98\u5f39\u6027\u7279\u6027\u3002 \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u4ea4\u8054\u6d77\u85fb\u9178\u94a0\u5236\u5242\uff0810 \u5c06\u6eb6\u6db2\u8f7b\u8f7b\u52a0\u5728\u6837\u54c1\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u9759\u7f6e15\u5206\u949f\u3002\u968f\u540e\u79fb\u9664\u6eb6\u6db2\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5728ElastoSens\u2122\u4e0a\u6d4b\u91cf\u85fb\u9178\u76d0\u7684\u7c98\u5f39\u6027\u6027\u80fd\u3002 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  \u5728 25 \u00b0C \u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u751f\u7269\u6d4b\u5b9a 5 \u5206\u949f\uff08\u65f6\u95f4\u6b65\u957f\u4e3a 10 \u79d2\uff09\u3002\u5728\u6700\u521d\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\uff0c\u91cd\u590d\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u6700\u540e\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ecf    <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CaCl<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  \u572810 mM\u6d53\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c06\u6eb6\u6db2\u7f6e\u4e8e\u5ba4\u6e29\u4e0b\u8fc7\u591c\uff0c\u79fb\u9664\u6eb6\u6db2\u540e\u7ea624\u5c0f\u65f6\u8fdb\u884c\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u6b21\u6d4b\u91cf\u3002\u968f\u540e\u5411\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6837\u54c1\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165\u65e0\u9499PBS\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc4\u4f30\u5176\u572837 \u00b0C\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u968f\u65f6\u95f4\u63a8\u79fb\u7684\u6eb6\u89e3\u60c5\u51b5\u3002
