Essa arquitetura inorg\u00e2nico-org\u00e2nica \u00fanica confere ao PDMS excepcional mobilidade de cadeia, temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea muito baixa e comportamento elastom\u00e9rico est\u00e1vel em uma ampla faixa de temperaturas. O PDMS \u00e9 produzido exclusivamente por s\u00edntese industrial, envolvendo tipicamente a hidr\u00f3lise e a condensa\u00e7\u00e3o de clorosilanos, seguidas pela polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o por abertura de anel de siloxanos c\u00edclicos.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O PDMS \u00e9 inerentemente <\/span><b>hidrof\u00f3bico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  e n\u00e3o absorve nem incha na \u00e1gua. Por isso,   <\/span><b>O PDMS, por si s\u00f3, n\u00e3o \u00e9 um hidrogel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, mas sim um <\/span><b>elast\u00f4mero de silicone<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. No entanto, o PDMS \u00e9 frequentemente incorporado em  <\/span><b>sistemas polim\u00e9ricos h\u00edbridos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, como redes polim\u00e9ricas interpenetrantes ou hidrog\u00e9is de silicone, nos quais uma fase polim\u00e9rica hidrof\u00edlica permite a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua, enquanto o PDMS contribui com elasticidade, permeabilidade e estabilidade mec\u00e2nica a longo prazo.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5703c6a elementor-widget__width-initial i\u00f4nico da liga\u00e7\u00e3o silox\u00e2nica.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Mecanismos de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> As cadeias de PDMS s\u00e3o formadas por meio da polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o por abertura de anel de siloxanos c\u00edclicos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reticula\u00e7\u00e3o radicalar ou fotoiniciada, incluindo rea\u00e7\u00f5es tiol-eno.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais h\u00edbridos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> O PDMS pode ser combinado com pol\u00edmeros hidrof\u00edlicos para formar hidrog\u00e9is de silicone ou redes polim\u00e9ricas interpenetrantes capazes de absorver \u00e1gua.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A densidade de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o, a escolha do catalisador e a arquitetura da rede influenciam fortemente a elasticidade, a permeabilidade e o comportamento viscoel\u00e1stico.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30981bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" caracterizadas por respostas el\u00e1sticas e viscoel\u00e1sticas.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Elasticidade:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> A estrutura flex\u00edvel de siloxano permite grandes deforma\u00e7\u00f5es revers\u00edveis com histerese m\u00ednima.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Rigidez ajust\u00e1vel:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> As propriedades mec\u00e2nicas podem ser ajustadas em uma ampla faixa por meio da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o da densidade de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o, do peso molecular entre as liga\u00e7\u00f5es de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o ou da incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de redes polim\u00e9ricas secund\u00e1rias.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: degrad\u00e1vel proporciona excelente durabilidade mec\u00e2nica em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com muitos sistemas de hidrogel.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u00e9 hidrof\u00f3bico e resiste \u00e0 adsor\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas e \u00e0 ades\u00e3o celular; a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie ou a hibridiza\u00e7\u00e3o com pol\u00edmeros hidrof\u00edlicos \u00e9 comumente utilizada para promover intera\u00e7\u00f5es celulares controladas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Imunogenicidade:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> O PDMS geralmente provoca uma resposta inflamat\u00f3ria m\u00ednima em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es biom\u00e9dicas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Degrada\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span> O PDMS n\u00e3o \u00e9 degrad\u00e1vel enzimaticamente, o que permite seu uso a longo prazo, mas limita as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es que engenharia de tecidos. Sua rigidez ajust\u00e1vel, transpar\u00eancia \u00f3ptica e compatibilidade com t\u00e9cnicas de micro e nanofabrica\u00e7\u00e3o permitem o controle preciso dos est\u00edmulos mec\u00e2nicos e da topografia da superf\u00edcie. O relaxamento de tens\u00e3o e o amortecimento dependentes do tempo influenciam a forma como as for\u00e7as s\u00e3o transmitidas e dissipadas sob cargas sustentadas ou c\u00edclicas. Em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es biom\u00e9dicas e de mecanobiologia, essas propriedades viscoel\u00e1sticas afetam a mecanosensibilidade celular, a estabilidade mec\u00e2nica de longo prazo e a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fadiga. Essas t\u00e9cnicas fornecem medi\u00e7\u00f5es do m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade, dos m\u00f3dulos de armazenamento e de perda, e do comportamento de amortecimento. Os dois componentes foram misturados na propor\u00e7\u00e3o de 1:1 em peso. N\u00e3o foi realizada nenhuma etapa de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o antes do teste.    <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Imediatamente ap\u00f3s a mistura, o PDMS n\u00e3o curado foi colocado diretamente no suporte para amostras macro (volume total de 2,0 mL). Para evitar a secagem da superf\u00edcie e a evapora\u00e7\u00e3o durante os testes de longo prazo, a superf\u00edcie da amostra foi coberta com um l\u00edquido antievapora\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A cin\u00e9tica de cura e a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da rigidez do material foram monitoradas durante um per\u00edodo de 24 horas a 70 \u00b0C com o ElastoSens Bio. As medi\u00e7\u00f5es foram realizadas a cada 20 segundos, permitindo registrar tanto o comportamento da cura na fase inicial quanto a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 rigidez final est\u00e1vel. 400\">A resposta viscoel\u00e1stica em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo das amostras de PDMS Sylgard 527 na propor\u00e7\u00e3o 1:1 \u00e9 apresentada na Figura 2. Ao longo do per\u00edodo de cura de 24 horas, tanto o m\u00f3dulo de armazenamento ao cisalhamento (G\u2032) quanto o m\u00f3dulo de perda ao cisalhamento (G\u2033) aumentaram, o que \u00e9 consistente com a reticula\u00e7\u00e3o progressiva e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da rede. Ao final do experimento, G\u2032 atingiu 7.048 \u00b1 43 Pa, enquanto G\u2033 estabilizou em 2.420 \u00b1 167 Pa. O valor final mais alto de G\u2032 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a G\u2033 indica que a resposta do material curado foi predominantemente el\u00e1stica, ou seja, o armazenamento de energia na rede reticulada prevaleceu sobre a dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o viscosa de energia.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O fator de amortecimento (tan \u03b4 = G\u2033\/G\u2032) atingiu um valor m\u00e1ximo, em m\u00e9dia, aos 9,54 min.
