Sob luz azul de 405 nm, o LAP gera radicais livres que iniciam a reticula\u00e7\u00e3o dos grupos acrilatos do PEGDA. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de PEGDA variou de 5 a 12% (p\/p) (15 condi\u00e7\u00f5es). Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o-m\u00e3e de LAP a 3% (p\/p) (Belwezda, Sigma-Aldrich) foi dissolvida em \u00e1gua destilada por 30 minutos a 40 \u00b0C e, em seguida, dilu\u00edda at\u00e9 0,5% (p\/p) de LAP. Adicionou-se PEGDA l\u00edquido (Sigma-Aldrich) \u00e0 solu\u00e7\u00e3o de LAP e misturou-se por 4 horas a 40 \u00b0C. As formula\u00e7\u00f5es foram armazenadas a 4 \u00b0C, protegidas da luz.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O m\u00f3dulo de armazenamento de cisalhamento (G\u2032) foi medido usando o ElastoSens\u2122 Bio a 25 \u00b0C, com luz de 405 nm e intensidade de 8 mW\/cm\u00b2. As medi\u00e7\u00f5es duraram 500 s (intervalo de 3 s), incluindo 2 min sem luz para equil\u00edbrio de temperatura, seguidos por 6 min de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 luz. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa24bd0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aa24bd0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Resultados e discuss\u00f5es<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54513af elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"54513af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O m\u00f3dulo de armazenamento de cisalhamento final (G\u2032) dos hidrog\u00e9is de PEGDA aumentou com a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de PEGDA, variando em quase duas ordens de magnitude na faixa testada (5\u201312% p\/p) (Figura 1). Concentra\u00e7\u00f5es mais baixas de PEGDA (5\u20136,5%) produziram redes mais macias (G\u2032 &lt; 6 kPa), enquanto o aumento do teor de PEGDA levou a um aumento na rigidez, chegando a ~60 kPa a 12%.
