medi\u00e7\u00f5es viscoel\u00e1sticas n\u00e3o destrutivas e sem contato de materiais macios. O Teste de Viscoelasticidade de Materiais de Dupla Camada (VeTBiM) \u00e9 a tecnologia patenteada por tr\u00e1s do ElastoSens\u2122 Bio. <\/p><p>O VeTBiM consiste na medi\u00e7\u00e3o da resposta livre de um sistema de duas camadas \u2014 composto por uma amostra sobre uma membrana flex\u00edvel \u2014 a um impulso vibrat\u00f3rio. A amostra \u00e9 colocada em um suporte de amostra r\u00edgido que possui uma membrana flex\u00edvel em sua parte inferior. Durante os testes, esse suporte de amostra \u00e9 firmemente fixado a uma unidade vibrat\u00f3ria dentro do instrumento. Ele pode ser removido do instrumento entre os testes e recolocado conforme necess\u00e1rio.   <\/p><p><b>Como isso funciona?<\/b><\/p><p>Quando testada no ElastoSens\u2122 Bio, a amostra e a membrana flex\u00edvel s\u00e3o submetidas a uma vibra\u00e7\u00e3o suave de alguns micr\u00f4metros, aplicada a todo o suporte da amostra. Essa excita\u00e7\u00e3o provoca uma leve vibra\u00e7\u00e3o na amostra e na membrana. O deslocamento da membrana \u00e9 medido remotamente por uma sonda \u00f3ptica a laser. Como as propriedades viscoel\u00e1sticas da membrana e as dimens\u00f5es da amostra s\u00e3o conhecidas, a resposta da amostra \u00e0 membrana \u00e0 excita\u00e7\u00e3o din\u00e2mica depende apenas das propriedades viscoel\u00e1sticas da amostra em teste. <\/p><p>A vibra\u00e7\u00e3o da membrana da amostra \u00e9 processada por meio de modelos e algoritmos propriet\u00e1rios para obter as propriedades viscoel\u00e1sticas da amostra: m\u00f3dulo de armazenamento de cisalhamento linear (G\u2019), m\u00f3dulo de perda de cisalhamento linear (G\u2019\u2019), m\u00f3dulo complexo de cisalhamento (G*) e a tangente de perda tan(d). As medi\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser repetidas ao longo do tempo para capturar cin\u00e9ticas de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida ou lenta. Elas tamb\u00e9m podem ser combinadas com est\u00edmulos ambientais, como temperatura, luz ou gases, para obter medi\u00e7\u00f5es de testes de viscoelasticidade em tempo real e sem contato, bem como para estudar o comportamento dos materiais diante desses est\u00edmulos.
