r\u00e9actions chimiques dans lesquelles l&rsquo;un des r\u00e9actifs ou des produits est color\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre suivies \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de mesures d&rsquo;absorbance au fil du temps. Par exemple, les mol\u00e9cules de colorant peuvent r\u00e9agir avec des substances sp\u00e9cifiques, ce qui modifie leur structure chimique et, par cons\u00e9quent, leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 absorber ou \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir la lumi\u00e8re. De m\u00eame, l\u2019activit\u00e9 des enzymes peut \u00eatre suivie lorsque la r\u00e9action entre l\u2019enzyme et le substrat donne lieu \u00e0 la formation d\u2019un produit color\u00e9. Dans ces deux exemples, la vitesse de la r\u00e9action chimique peut \u00eatre repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e respectivement par la disparition des r\u00e9actifs ou l\u2019apparition des produits.   <\/p><p>Ces mesures (absorbance en fonction du temps) fournissent des informations sur la vitesse de r\u00e9action et l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des r\u00e9actifs. La vitesse de r\u00e9action (ou loi de vitesse) est une description math\u00e9matique de la mani\u00e8re dont la vitesse d\u2019une r\u00e9action chimique d\u00e9pend de la concentration molaire de ses r\u00e9actifs. La d\u00e9termination des lois de vitesse est fondamentale pour approfondir la compr\u00e9hension des r\u00e9actions chimiques, optimiser les conditions de r\u00e9action et garantir une production efficace et ma\u00eetris\u00e9e des produits souhait\u00e9s dans divers domaines scientifiques et industriels.  <\/p><p>Dans cette optique, le syst\u00e8me <a href=\"https:\/\/rheolution.com\/products\/absor-b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABSOR.B\u2122<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude pour analyser la cin\u00e9tique de la r\u00e9action entre un colorant alimentaire (colorant bleu) et l&rsquo;hypochlorite de sodium (eau de Javel). L\u2019ion hypochlorite (ClO\u207b) est un agent oxydant qui enl\u00e8ve un ou plusieurs \u00e9lectrons aux mol\u00e9cules de colorant, modifiant ainsi leur structure chimique, ce qui les rend incapables d\u2019absorber la lumi\u00e8re dans le spectre visible. La diminution de l\u2019absorbance au cours de la r\u00e9action a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 deux concentrations diff\u00e9rentes d\u2019eau de Javel. Les donn\u00e9es obtenues ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9quation chimique d\u00e9crivant la vitesse de r\u00e9action.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd5dbdc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bd5dbdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">APPROCHE EXP\u00c9RIMENTALE DE LA MESURE DE L'ABSORBANCE EN CHIMIE\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96c68e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"96c68e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mat\u00e9riel et m\u00e9thodes<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1683b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1683b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un colorant alimentaire (bleu) a \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 de l&rsquo;hypochlorite de sodium (eau de Javel, NaClO) dans des flacons de 10 ml \u00e0 deux concentrations diff\u00e9rentes (0,134 M et 0,269 M de ClO). Les flacons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement plac\u00e9s dans <a href=\"https:\/\/rheolution.com\/products\/absor-b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&rsquo;ABSOR.B\u2122<\/a> <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Les essais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cartouche Emitt.635, la cartouche optique d\u2019\u00e9mission qui \u00e9met de la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 la longueur d\u2019onde de 635 nm (les composants bleus pr\u00e9sentent leur pic d\u2019absorbance aux alentours de cette longueur d\u2019onde)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Les valeurs d&rsquo;absorbance en fonction du temps ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9es pour chaque \u00e9chantillon (n = 3 pour chaque condition). La loi de vitesse a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de la cin\u00e9tique d&rsquo;absorbance (1, 2). <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27b5d0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"27b5d0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ANALYSE DES VITESSES DE R\u00c9ACTION PAR LA MESURE DE L'ABSORBANCE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70a54d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"70a54d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">R\u00e9sultats et discussion<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b725f4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b725f4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Suivi exp\u00e9rimental de la r\u00e9action chimique<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a473e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a473e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>La figure 1<\/strong> pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9sultats obtenus pour chaque concentration d&rsquo;hypochlorite de sodium m\u00e9lang\u00e9e au colorant bleu, en trois r\u00e9plicats (n = 3). Comme pr\u00e9vu, la r\u00e9action s&rsquo;est produite plus rapidement pour l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon pr\u00e9sentant la concentration la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en hypochlorite de sodium, comme le montre la diminution plus rapide de l&rsquo;absorbance. On constate \u00e9galement une excellente r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats entre les r\u00e9plicats pour chaque condition. L\u2019intra-variabilit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rente aux tissus animaux et le faible nombre d\u2019\u00e9chantillons (n = 3) viennent renforcer la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et la sensibilit\u00e9
