des mesures visco\u00e9lastiques non destructives et sans contact de la mati\u00e8re molle. La technologie brevet\u00e9e \u00ab Viscoelasticity Testing of Bilayered Materials \u00bb (VeTBiM) est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine d&rsquo;ElastoSens\u2122 Bio. <\/p><p>La m\u00e9thode VeTBiM consiste \u00e0 mesurer la r\u00e9ponse libre d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 deux couches, constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon pos\u00e9 sur une membrane flexible, \u00e0 une impulsion vibratoire. L&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est log\u00e9 dans un porte-\u00e9chantillon rigide muni d&rsquo;une membrane souple \u00e0 sa base. Lors d&rsquo;un essai, ce porte-\u00e9chantillon est solidement fix\u00e9 \u00e0 un dispositif vibrant situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;instrument. Il peut \u00eatre retir\u00e9 de l&rsquo;instrument entre deux essais et remplac\u00e9 si n\u00e9cessaire.   <\/p><p><b>Comment cela fonctionne-t-il ?<\/b><\/p><p>Lors des essais sur l\u2019ElastoSens\u2122 Bio, l\u2019\u00e9chantillon et la membrane souple sont soumis \u00e0 une vibration douce de quelques microm\u00e8tres, appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du porte-\u00e9chantillon. Cette excitation provoque une l\u00e9g\u00e8re vibration de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon et de la membrane. Le d\u00e9placement de la membrane est mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 distance \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une sonde optique laser. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s visco\u00e9lastiques de la membrane et les dimensions de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon \u00e9tant connues, la r\u00e9ponse de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et de la membrane \u00e0 l&rsquo;excitation dynamique ne d\u00e9pend que des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s visco\u00e9lastiques de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon test\u00e9. <\/p><p>Les vibrations de la membrane de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon sont trait\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de mod\u00e8les et d\u2019algorithmes propri\u00e9taires afin d\u2019obtenir les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s visco\u00e9lastiques de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon : le module de stockage lin\u00e9aire en cisaillement (G\u2019), le module de perte lin\u00e9aire en cisaillement (G\u2019\u2019), le module complexe en cisaillement (G*) et la tangente de perte tan(d). Ces mesures peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es au fil du temps afin de saisir des cin\u00e9tiques \u00e9voluant rapidement ou lentement. Elles peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des stimuli environnementaux tels que la temp\u00e9rature, la lumi\u00e8re ou des gaz, afin d\u2019obtenir des mesures de visco\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el et sans contact, et d\u2019\u00e9tudier le comportement des mat\u00e9riaux face \u00e0 ces stimuli.
