reacciones qu\u00edmicas en las que uno de los reactivos o productos tiene color se pueden seguir midiendo la absorbancia a lo largo del tiempo. Por ejemplo, las mol\u00e9culas de colorante pueden reaccionar con sustancias espec\u00edficas, cambiando su estructura qu\u00edmica y, por lo tanto, su capacidad para absorber o reflejar la luz de la misma forma. Del mismo modo, se puede seguir la actividad de las enzimas cuando la reacci\u00f3n entre la enzima y el sustrato da lugar a un producto de color. En estos dos ejemplos, la velocidad de la reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica se puede representar mediante la desaparici\u00f3n de los reactivos o la aparici\u00f3n de los productos, respectivamente.   <\/p><p>Estas mediciones (absorbancia en funci\u00f3n del tiempo) te dan informaci\u00f3n sobre la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n y la actividad de los reactivos. La velocidad de reacci\u00f3n (o ley de velocidad) es una descripci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica de c\u00f3mo la velocidad de una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica depende de la concentraci\u00f3n molar de sus reactivos. Determinar las leyes de velocidad es fundamental para avanzar en la comprensi\u00f3n de las reacciones qu\u00edmicas, optimizar las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n y garantizar la producci\u00f3n eficiente y controlada de los productos deseados en diversos campos cient\u00edficos e industriales.  <\/p><p>En este contexto, en este trabajo se ha utilizado el <a href=\"https:\/\/rheolution.com\/products\/absor-b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABSOR.B\u2122<\/a> para estudiar la cin\u00e9tica de la reacci\u00f3n entre un colorante alimentario (colorante azul) y el hipoclorito de sodio (lej\u00eda). El ion hipoclorito (ClO\u207b) es un agente oxidante que quita uno o m\u00e1s electrones a las mol\u00e9culas del colorante, cambiando su estructura qu\u00edmica, lo que hace que ya no puedan absorber la luz del espectro visible. Se midi\u00f3 la disminuci\u00f3n de la absorbancia durante la reacci\u00f3n con dos concentraciones diferentes de lej\u00eda. A continuaci\u00f3n, los datos obtenidos se utilizaron para determinar la ecuaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica que describe la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd5dbdc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bd5dbdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ENFOQUE EXPERIMENTAL PARA MEDIR LA ABSORBANCIA EN QU\u00cdMICA\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96c68e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"96c68e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Materiales y m\u00e9todos<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1683b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1683b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se mezcl\u00f3 colorante alimentario (de color azul) con hipoclorito de sodio (lej\u00eda, NaClO) en viales de 10 ml a dos concentraciones (0,134 M y 0,269 M de ClO). Los viales se introdujeron inmediatamente en el <a href=\"https:\/\/rheolution.com\/products\/absor-b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABSOR.B\u2122<\/a> <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y los ensayos se realizaron a temperatura ambiente y utilizando el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cartucho Emitt.635, el cartucho \u00f3ptico de emisi\u00f3n que emite luz a una longitud de onda de 635 nm (los componentes azules tienen su pico de absorbancia en torno a esta longitud de onda)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Se registraron los valores de absorbancia a lo largo del tiempo para cada muestra (n = 3 por cada condici\u00f3n). Como era de esperar, la reacci\u00f3n fue m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida en la muestra con la mayor concentraci\u00f3n de hipoclorito de sodio, tal y como demuestra la disminuci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de la absorbancia. Tambi\u00e9n se puede observar la gran repetibilidad de los resultados entre las r\u00e9plicas de cada condici\u00f3n. La variabilidad intr\u00ednseca de los tejidos animales y el reducido n\u00famero de muestras (n = 3) refuerzan la alta repetibilidad y sensibilidad de los resultados.
