los geles de leche de forma no destructiva y sin contacto. La tecnolog\u00eda \u00abViscoelasticity Testing of Bilayered Materials\u00bb (VeTBiM) es la tecnolog\u00eda patentada en la que se basa la familia de instrumentos CoaguSens\u2122. <\/p><p>VeTBiM consiste en medir la respuesta libre de un sistema de dos capas \u2014formado por una muestra sobre una membrana flexible\u2014 ante un impulso vibratorio. La muestra se coloca en un soporte r\u00edgido que tiene una membrana flexible en la parte inferior. Durante los ensayos, este soporte se fija firmemente a una unidad vibratoria dentro del instrumento. Se puede sacar del instrumento entre un ensayo y otro y volver a colocarlo cuando sea necesario.   <\/p><p><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/b><\/p><p>Cuando se realiza la prueba en el CoaguSens\u2122 Flex o Connect, la muestra y la membrana flexible se someten a una suave vibraci\u00f3n de unos pocos micr\u00f3metros que se aplica a todo el soporte de la muestra. Esta excitaci\u00f3n provoca una ligera vibraci\u00f3n en la muestra y en la membrana. El desplazamiento de la membrana se mide a distancia mediante una sonda \u00f3ptica l\u00e1ser. Como se conocen las propiedades viscoel\u00e1sticas de la membrana y las dimensiones de la muestra, la respuesta de la membrana y la muestra a la excitaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica solo depende de las propiedades viscoel\u00e1sticas de la muestra que se est\u00e1 analizando. <\/p><p>La vibraci\u00f3n de la membrana de la muestra se procesa mediante modelos y algoritmos propios para obtener las propiedades viscoel\u00e1sticas de la muestra: el m\u00f3dulo de almacenamiento de cizallamiento lineal (G\u2019), el m\u00f3dulo de p\u00e9rdida de cizallamiento lineal (G\u2019\u2019), el m\u00f3dulo complejo de cizallamiento (G*) y la tangente de p\u00e9rdida tan(d). Las mediciones se pueden repetir a lo largo del tiempo para captar cin\u00e9ticas que evolucionan de forma r\u00e1pida o lenta. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden combinar con est\u00edmulos ambientales como la temperatura, la luz o los gases para estudiar c\u00f3mo se comportan los materiales ante esos est\u00edmulos.
